WELCOME TO THE OKCREAL™ COMMUNITY
This application is built to help you get approved. Take your time, be honest, and we'll do the rest. Most applications turn into a yes inside 48 hours.
Snap your photo ID
Take a photo of any valid government-issued photo ID — from any country. Whatever we get wrong, you can fix in two seconds on the next step.
Why now: By Oklahoma law (and OKCREAL™ guidelines), every adult on a lease has to put a clear copy of a government-issued photo ID on file. We accept valid government-issued photo ID from any country — driver's license, state or provincial ID, passport, national ID card, consular card, or residence permit. Doing it now means we can prefill your name, DOB, and address — and there's nothing left to chase later.
Your privacy. We use your ID only to confirm you're the same person we'll hand keys to and to put on the lease — that's it. We don't ask about citizenship or immigration status, and we don't share applicant information with ICE, DHS, or any other agency unless we receive a court order signed by a judge. We accept ID from any country: driver's license, passport, consular card (matrícula consular), national ID, or residence permit. No Social Security number is required — an ITIN works.
Don't have photo ID — or just want to talk to a real person first? Book a free 15-minute phone call with our leasing team. We work with foreign passports, consular cards, expired licenses, ITINs, or no ID at all — we'll figure out the right path together. No commitment.

Quick — confirm the basics
Take a look at what we pulled from your ID and fix anything wrong. You're the primary applicant — the person on the lease.
The last 4 helps us verify it's really you.
Who's coming home with you?
Tell us who else will live with you, plus pets and vehicles. We make space for real life.
By Oklahoma law and OKCREAL™ guidelines: every adult on a lease has to be on the application and sign their own release. Don't worry — we'll handle the logistics. Just tell us who they are.
Who's applying with you?
Your spouse
Married couples can apply jointly on a single application. Your spouse will sign their own release of information at the end of this form, alongside yours.

How you make money
Tell us straight. We accept any verifiable income source — no judgment.
What counts: regular jobs, gig work (DoorDash, Uber, Instacart, etc.), self-employment, contract work, retirement, disability, or any combination. We don't care about the type of work — we care that the money is real and consistent. Team OKCREAL™ wants you to succeed — so the more you can show us, the easier it is to say yes.
Show us the money
Pay stubs and/or bank statements covering the last 90 days. Photos work fine — no need for fancy PDFs.
⚡ FAST TRACK · 30 SECONDSRecommended
Verify with your bank
Skip the paystub hunt. Link your bank securely through Plaid — we read your last 90 days of deposits and verify your income in seconds. Same security used by Venmo, Chime, and most banks.
🔒 OKCREAL never sees your login. Plaid handles the bank connection, then sends us just your income summary.
✓Bank verified
Your income is being analyzed. You can upload pay stubs below as well, but you're all set to continue.
— OR UPLOAD DOCUMENTS THE OLD WAY —
Need at least one of: pay stubs from the last 90 days, OR 90 days of bank statements showing your deposits. Both is even better. The more we can see, the easier it is to say yes.
Your last two landlords
We'll send each of them a short verification form. Honest references — even imperfect ones — are one of the strongest things on your application.
We contact two landlords because the most recent one sometimes shades the truth to get rid of a tenant. Honest references help your application — even imperfect ones. A landlord who says "they were late twice but always paid" is more useful to us than one who says everything was perfect.

A few real questions
These help us see the whole picture. Honest answers — including the imperfect ones — help your application more than perfect-looking ones. We're not trying to catch you out. We're trying to give you a fair shot.
1. List every place you've lived in the last 5 years.
Approximate dates are fine. Include city/state.
2. Have you ever moved out of a place before your lease ended?
If yes, briefly explain what was going on. If no, just say "no."
3. Have you ever lost any portion of a security deposit?
If yes, roughly how much and what was it for?
4. How do you typically receive your income? (check all that apply)
5. What was your largest single deposit or paycheck in the last 90 days?
Approximate amount and roughly when.
6. If your main income stopped tomorrow, how long could you cover rent and basic expenses?
7. Tell us about a time in the last 3 years when paying rent was hard. What did you do?
Almost everyone has had a hard month. We're not looking for a perfect record — we're looking for how you handled it.
8. Imagine we call your previous landlord. What's the worst thing they might say about you, even if it wasn't entirely fair?
9. Has any landlord ever denied your application before?
If yes, do you know why?
10. Who are the people in your life who would notice within a couple of days if something happened to you?
You don't need to share names — just describe the relationships (parent, sibling, best friend, coworker, etc.).
11. How long have you had your current phone number?
12. Anything else we should know?
This is a good place to mention anything that might come up during our background or reference checks so we can put it in context. Anything you tell us here is weighed favorably — anything we find later that you didn't mention is much harder to overlook.
