The Marlin is an affordable OHFA and OCHA certified two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment complex located in the heart of Oklahoma City, OK. Each apartment features hard floors throughout, offering a sleek and clean look that is both durable and easy to maintain. The Marlin has on site coin operated laundry room, garden for community use and a bus stop at the corner. Leases are 12 months long with a $350 deposit due to reserve your space.
