We pay 1099 style work starting at $12.25 per hour with most OKCREAL service team contractors making $15.60 or higher per hour.
Resident Work Sign-Up Disclaimer for OKCREAL Property Management
By signing up for resident work opportunities through OKCREAL Property Management, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Voluntary Participation: Participation in any resident work program is entirely voluntary. You are not obligated to sign up, and no pressure will be applied by OKCREAL Property Management or its staff to do so.
2. No Employment Relationship: Signing up for resident work does not constitute an employment relationship with OKCREAL Property Management. You will not receive wages, benefits, or any form of compensation typically associated with employment. All work will be compensated based on pre-agreed terms, which may vary by task.
3. Scope of Work: The scope of resident work will be limited to tasks such as light maintenance, landscaping, or other duties as assigned. You agree to only take on tasks within your skill level and physical capability and to notify OKCREAL Property Management of any limitations you may have before beginning work.
4. Liability Waiver: By participating in resident work, you agree to release OKCREAL Property Management, its employees, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur while performing work. You agree to assume all risks associated with the tasks you sign up for.
5. Insurance: OKCREAL Property Management does not provide insurance coverage for resident work participants. You are encouraged to verify your personal insurance coverage before engaging in any work.
6. Property Management Rights: OKCREAL Property Management reserves the right to accept or deny any resident work request, to modify the scope of work, or to terminate participation in the program at any time.
7. No Impact on Lease: Participation in the resident work program will not affect your lease agreement, rental payments, or tenancy status. Participation does not confer any special rights, privileges, or influence regarding your tenancy
