OKCREAL Robotics is a project to help keep housing safe and improve the homes of our families through technology. It started with a question we ask about every unit we manage: how do we know it's okay in there, right now? The answer became a small rover — and the rover became the test path for everything that comes after it.

A small, four-wheeled rover that lives in a vacant home, charges itself on a dock we designed and built here in Oklahoma City, and can be driven from a phone anywhere in the world.
Between showings, someone can look. A leak under a sink, a door left open, a smoke detector chirping — seen the same day, not at the next visit.
A family moving from another state can walk the home before they drive nine hours to see it. Same rooms, real light, no filters.
Our technicians see the problem before they roll a truck. Right parts, right person, first trip.
The docking station, the software that flies it, and the way it finds its way home were all designed in Oklahoma City, in our own listings, by our own team.
Everything the rover has to solve — finding its way, charging itself, being driven from anywhere, knowing when something is wrong — is the foundation for the machines that follow it. We are building that foundation once, in real homes, so the next ones start from something that already works.

Turnovers are where housing gets expensive. Automated cleaning between residents means faster move-ins and a lower cost we can pass along.

OKCREAL already runs a self-driving Tesla Model Y to move staff between campuses — safer, more efficient, and a daily reminder that this is how we operate.

OKCREAL Robotics is a family project inside a family company. We build it in the evenings and on weekends, in the same homes we manage, because the people who live in them are the point.
