OKCREAL provides residential property management services in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area, including rental property listings, tour scheduling, tenant screening, lease administration, and maintenance coordination. Our website allows you to browse available properties, schedule tours, submit rental applications, sign up for rental alerts, and communicate with our team.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or submit a rental application. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
When you provide your contact information through our website or by phone, you agree that we may contact you regarding your inquiry, application status, scheduled tours, and other service-related matters via phone call, text message (SMS/MMS), or email.

Text Messaging: By providing your phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box, you expressly consent to receive text messages from OKCREAL. These messages may include appointment confirmations, verification codes, maintenance updates, lease reminders, and rental alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or lease.
Droid-Assisted Communication: OKCREAL uses droid-powered virtual assistants to handle incoming calls, schedule tours, and provide information about available properties. These Droid assistants may make outbound calls on our behalf. All droid-assisted calls will identify themselves as automated at the start of the conversation.
Submitting a rental application through our website or partner platforms (AppFolio) requires a non-refundable application fee of $35 per adult applicant. Application approval is subject to our qualification guidelines, which are available at okcreal.com/guidelines. Meeting minimum qualification criteria does not guarantee approval.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of property listings, including rental rates, availability, photos, and descriptions. However, listings are subject to change without notice. Availability, pricing, and property features displayed on our website are not guaranteed and do not constitute an offer to lease. A binding agreement exists only upon execution of a written lease agreement.
You agree not to: provide false information on rental applications or communications; use our website to harass, threaten, or harm others; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; reproduce, distribute, or modify content from our website without permission; use automated tools to scrape or collect data from our website; or interfere with the proper functioning of our website.
All content on okcreal.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of OKCREAL LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. The OKCREAL name, logo, and "Moving You Up" tagline are trademarks of OKCREAL LLC.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OKCREAL LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
OKCREAL complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability, or any other protected class. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
