Your phone number and SMS opt-in consent are stored in our internal customer management system. This data is used solely to deliver the services you've requested. We do not rent, sell, or share this data with outside parties for marketing purposes. If we use a third-party SMS delivery provider (such as Twilio), that provider acts as our processor under a data-processing agreement that prohibits use of your data for any purpose other than message delivery on our behalf.

When you apply to rent a property, we share application information with the property owner or their authorized representative as part of the rental approval process.
