What messages will I receive?

Depending on what you've opted in to, OKCREAL LLC may send you text messages about:

• Rental alerts when properties matching your preferences become available
• Tour confirmations & access codes for scheduled property showings
• Application status updates for your rental application in progress
• Tenant service messages for current residents (maintenance, rent, lease)
• Customer support replies when you reach out with a question

How do I opt in?

SMS consent is always separate and optional. You can opt in by:

• Checking the SMS consent box on our rental alert signup or similar form
• Replying YES or START to a confirmation text we send you
• Providing explicit consent in writing or to our staff by phone

You are not required to consent to text messages in order to use our website, receive email alerts, apply for a rental, or get any other service from us.

How do I opt out?

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. You can also:

Message frequency

Frequency varies by category and your account activity. Expect zero to several messages per week. Rental alerts are sent only when new matching properties become available.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. OKCREAL LLC does not charge a fee. Your carrier may.

Carriers & delivery

We support all major US carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
